Our exclusive policy, designed by us and underwritten by Allianz (previously known as Cornhill), includes many features not provided elsewhere:-

Accidental damage by holidaymakers

Malicious damage by holidaymakers

Full theft, including theft by holidaymakers

No security requirement (your existing locks and bolts are acceptable)

Public/Product Liability which will also meet the requirements of letting/managing agencies

Employers' Liability to meet your legal requirements for employees, including caretakers and changeover staff

Loss of income - following damage to the property and

			murder and suicide				chemical and oil pollution
			human notifiable infectious diseases				denial of access
			pests & vermin (eg bed bugs)				defective sanitation
