If you are making a Holiday

We would always recommend
you contact us (01202 642840) as soon as you are aware
there is a likelihood of a claim. This allows prompt and
efficient advice to be provided.
However, there are times when
the office is closed and if the circumstances warrant
it may be appropriate to call the insurance company's
out of hours claim line. Please download the telephone list using the link at the bottom of this page.
Emergency repairs should always
be carried out to minimise further damage. Keep all receipts
to send to us later.
Keep all damaged goods until
it has been decided whether inspection by us or your insurers
is required. DO NOT assume a damaged carpet will be replaced;
a specialist contractor may be appointed.
Photographs and/or video recordings
of the damage may be useful.
If calling any of the numbers
- Be aware of the name of your insurers
- Have the Policy number available.
It is always advisable to
